EES Hosts Cargo Innovation Kick-Off

Ethridge Elementary hosted the Cargo Innovation Kick-Off for the districtwide Robotics Teams on Thursday (10-21-21) in the true spirit of STEM for All. The Official Robotics Qualifier, sponsored by Tennessee Valley Robotics, Loretto Telecom, DRM, Inmotion, Walmart, Amazon, Online Capital Group (OCGnow.com), and LUS, will be held on December 4th at Lawrence County High School. The Cargo Innovation Kick-Off was designed to inspire robotics teams to identify issues within transportation, link solutions, and build a prototype for their Innovative Projects. Mr. Chase Adkins of Sharp Transportation spoke to the group about the real-world problems that cargo and transportation are currently experiencing. In addition, Mr. Charley Spencer of TVR shared words of encouragement.
