SLES, EOC, & EES Drone Teams Compete @ Dragonfly in West Virginia!

In March, the Lawrence County Ready, Set, Drone Event produced nine teams traveling to West Virginia this past weekend. Coach Amanda Gist carried 5 Drone Teams, and Coach Erik Snider of South Lawrence Elementary brought a team. Coach Garrick Barnett of EO Coffman Middle School had 2 Teams, and everyone did a fantastic job! 62 Drone teams from around the country competed at the REC Dragonfly National Event in West Virginia on May 19-20 and LCSS never lets us down, and here are the final Awards and Ranking:
- Cohen Rogers and Khiana Cruz of EES won the Autonomous Fight Award
- EO Coffman won a Flight Operations Award
